Shipping Options and Pricing
  • Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Mail (4-5 business days) $6.95    
Order Delivery Times

Orders for in stock items received before 2pm PST will ship same day. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays unless prior arrangement has been made. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm PST will ship the following Monday. Orders placed before 2pm PST on Fridays will be shipped same day, Overnight orders will arrive on Monday, 2nd Day orders will arrive on Tuesday.

Damaged Shipments

Be sure to check all merchandise for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you package appears to be damaged in any way contact the shipping company within 48 hours of receipt and request a Damage Inspection Report. Please have them return the merchandise to:

Out of Stock Items

We make every effort to stock all of the items displayed on our site. In the event an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately via email with an expected shipping date. Some products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to shorten the delivery time.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Returns

Please call our toll free number (888-969-1623) within 30 days upon receipt of your purchase before making a return. All returns require a Return Authorization number. Returns are processed under the following guidelines:
  • Items must be in non-used condition and in retail packaging.
  • For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or laundered.
  • You will be charged a 15% restock fee for all returned items.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
  • The RA number must be written on the outside of the package.
  • Once we approve the returned item, you will receive a refund less shipping and handling.
Exchanges

Please call our toll free number (888-969-1623) within 30 days upon receipt of your purchase before making am exchange. All exchanges require a Return Authorization number. Exchanges are process under the following guidelines:
  • Items must be in non-used condition and in retail packaging.
  • For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on items that have been worn or laundered.
  • All exchanges must be shipped freight prepaid.
  • Exchanges will be processed as a new order.
  • All charges will be reapplied including S&H fees.
  • Once your order has been received, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchasing price.
  • All exchanges will be inspected upon receipt and are subject to refusal.
