Return & Exchange Policy Returns Please call our toll free number (888-969-1623) within 30 days upon receipt of your purchase before making a return. All returns require a Return Authorization number. Returns are processed under the following guidelines: Items must be in non-used condition and in retail packaging. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or laundered. You will be charged a 15% restock fee for all returned items. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. The RA number must be written on the outside of the package. All returns are inspected upon receipt and are subject to refusal. Once we approve the returned item, you will receive a refund less shipping and handling. Exchanges are processed under the following guidelines: Items must be in non-used condition and in retail packaging. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on items that have been worn or laundered. All exchanges must be shipped freight prepaid. Exchanges will be processed as a new order. All charges will be reapplied including S&H fees. Once we receive the exchanged order, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchasing price less shipping and handling. All exchanges will be inspected upon receipt and are subject to refusal.
